By using Handwriting To Text("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of service

Handwriting To Text provides AI-powered handwriting and OCR tools that convert handwritten notes, images, and documents into editable digital text across many languages, accessible via web browser.

2. Accounts and access

• Some tools may require a free account to use.
• Creating an account gives you starter credits and daily free credits.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Credits and payments

• Each tool shows its credit cost per use on the tool page.
• Free accounts receive a limited number of credits daily.
• Pro credits are bought as a one-time payment through Paddle.
• Purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any credits remaining after 30 days expire.
• Payments are not auto-renewing — you are only charged when you choose to buy credits, and you can buy more whenever you need them.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Upload malicious files or content
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Abuse free credits through multiple accounts or automation

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are owned by Handwriting To Text. Content you create using our tools belongs to you. You grant us no rights over your content beyond what is needed to provide the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
