Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Handwriting To Text. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

1. Free tier

The free tier (guest uses and free account credits) costs nothing and is not subject to refunds.

2. Payments and credit validity

• Pro credits are bought as a one-time payment through Paddle.
• Purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any remaining credits expire after 30 days.
• Payments are not auto-renewing — you are only charged when you choose to buy credits.

3. Refund eligibility

• If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any and all purchases/payments.
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Refund requests after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Refunds may be reduced or declined for credit packs that have already been substantially used.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at rahulkumar@mathtoword.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly and quickly.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
